Shipping and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, requesting the return authorization via email.

The only expenses at your charge are those of calling the shipper to pick up the products to be returned.

1. To send the return procedure, send a request via email. In the next step, you can choose the product you want to return / replace, indicating the reason for the return or exchange.

2. You will then receive a withdrawal confirmation email, containing the instructions for returning or exchanging the product, to be sent within and no later than the following 14 days to Frontiniano Camiceria

If all the required conditions are met, Frontiniano Camiceria will refund the price of the purchased products in full, the Consumer only being responsible for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller, unless the Seller has expressly exempted the Consumer from such expenses to proceed with the return.

In the event of withdrawal, payments made will be refunded, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs deriving from the possible choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the exercise of the withdrawal.
